冷库是通过机械设备等方式实现恒定需求库温的库房环境，利于易腐败食品等在限度内极大地保持新鲜度和延长新鲜期。那在冷库使用过程中，会出现冷库制冷不好或不制冷的情况，造成库内温度波动，不利于产品保鲜保存。一旦出现制冷故障，需及时排查原因并解决。冷库不制冷的主要原因有缺气、漏气、堵塞及电动机工作不正常等，这些故障可归纳为制冷系统及控制电路两个方面。
