苹果冷库需要注意哪些事项

苹果大多数品种最适宜的贮藏温度是-1~0℃,少数品种如青香蕉、小国光、印度等能耐-2℃的低温。

苹果冷库除作好库体降温备用外,还须注意以下事项:

①果实在入苹果冷藏库前应及时进行预冷,尽早降低果温,减少果实释放的呼吸热,除去果实带回的田间热。

②果实入苹果保鲜库要分品种和等级堆垛。
