食品冷库膨胀阀常见故障的分析
The common malfunction analysis about food cold storage expansion valve
1、膨胀阀针阀生锈，动作不灵活；

2、膨胀阀节流孔被杂物堵塞；
2, expansion valve throttle orifice is sundry jam;
3、感温包和蒸发器管包扎松动，不能很好的起感温效果；

4、感温包内充填介质泄漏，造成膨胀阀关死，制冷剂不循环；

5、感温包外的绝热胶带松脱，使包内压力增大，造成阀开度过大；

6、系统中有水份，在膨胀阀节流孔处冻结成冰，堵塞膨胀阀通道。
